Please, let me introduce myself …. my name is Elke Strauss and I've been healing for over 25 years.

My initial training was as an Acupuncturist and Masseuse. I operated a very successful business until the arrival of my three beautiful children and after a few years of trying to juggle my business and family I decided to take a break from acupuncture and devote my time solely to my children.

Now my young ones are grown, I've returned to my healing with the realization acupuncture is no longer a passion. This realisation has led me on an amazing journey for the past five years as I've been researching different types of healing. I've studied with Brandon Bays 'Journey Work', Theta Healing with Mark Anthony, 'Ignite Your Spirit' with Kim Fraser just to name a few. Then I realized these modalities all have one thing in common - they all connect to God/the Universe/the Divine, which ever identity connects with you more. There are so many different names but we're talking about the one entity.

What I love about the different modalities is it's not just about your physical state. Your emotional and mental states are also important. Working with all three brings balance to the whole mind, body and energy body. When all of these are in balance our whole life is in harmony which means everything falls into place, and the saying "life is meant to be hard" will no longer exist. Yes, during our journey we are presented with obstacles, or as I like to call them, learning blocks. How we can use these learning blocks to grow and become the best we possibly can, is what I can unblock in you during the process of helping you discover yourself, as you become responsible for your life and start enjoying it! I do this by cleaning your chakras (or energy centres) and connect into your soul which takes me to the core issues of why things are the way they are. Your energy healing journey begins here.

I work with the angels and my spirit team. I am only a Channel of Divine Energy that guides me to what needs to be said and done. In my healing I incorporate a variety of healing, they are not the same for each, l tune in to see what is needed for you, sometimes I use crystals, colour to name a few, and it may be the same each time or it may change, as l believe as we start to heal our needs change. Sometimes I tune in physically and may pick up on things that are happening around you and what you can do, but this only happens if it has a healing purpose for you, as I do not do fortune telling.

My healing sessions are conducted either in person or over the phone. Yes over the phone! It doesn't matter where in the world you are, I can connect to you and your soul and start the healing journey with you.

You need to remember, I do not claim to HEAL you overnight. Some things have taken a lifetime to create, and whilst they won't take a lifetime to dissolve, how long it will take to release is dependent on how set they are in your beliefs.

The difference in the way I conduct healing is that I provide you with the tools for you to use yourself as I don't want to become someone you depend on for every little thing. My aim is to teach you to take back responsibility for your life and start helping yourself by giving you the strength, courage, trust and faith to make that happen.

This all takes time, depending on how much work you are prepared to do on yourself between healing plays an important role in how quickly this works. We live in a 'free will' universe where there is no time limit.

So … if you are feeling run down, life is getting you down, you don't have enough time to do the things you enjoy, you're getting angry with your loved ones, feeling drained, frustrated, depressed, alone or have a sense of not belonging, the good news is nothing is permanent. It's not too late to heal our emotional, mental and physical bodies or change the way we think and act in situations. When we heal our emotional and mental bodies, our physical body starts to heal.

Each 45 minute session whether it be one-on-one or by phone is $90.00
