Inner Child Meditation CD

In this CD, Elke goes through some of your chakras and gives them a good cleanse to prepare you for a beautiful connection to your Inner Child.

It is a very simple and loving connection, that gives you healing and you finish feeling much lighter and loving your new best friend "Your Inner Child". This disc will help you deal with your fears and blockages that keep coming up in your life.

Runs the third Wednesday of every month, February - November

Come and join me and a group of healers for an informative evening.
The evening starts 7:30pm sharp, doors open 7:15pm, Cost is $10.

I will open the evening with a discussion (topics vary each month e.g how to cope with anger, depression, why meditation is beneficial etc). Then i will guide you through a 25-30 min meditation releasing any blockages. Followed by a 10 min question and answer time.

There are healers available for 30 minute healings afterwards, for $25 per healing. We conclude the evening with tea, coffee, biscuits and cake; Evening finishes at 9:30pm sharp.
